Prices
Include
- All utility bills,
local telephone calls, clean bed linen, towels and all
taxes.
- All bed linen and
towels are provided - please bring with you additional
towels for the beach.
- We employ a local
management company to assist our guests with any
problems/queries they may have. They can be
contacted 24 hours per day if required and this service is
free of charge to our guests.
- Pool heating is an
additional cost and, if required, is £70 per week ($130)
per week in addition to the above charges (recommended
between October and April).
- Your villa will be
professionally cleaned before and after your stay. There
is no charge for this, but stays of less than 7 days will
incur a cleaning charge of £50 ($90). The pool
is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
- We ask all guests to
leave a security deposit. Nothing will be charged to you
if there is no damage or loss to the property, and all
policies and conditions are observed. Guests can send a
cheque for £200 ($350) per booking. Security Deposit
is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date, together with the
outstanding balance. This security deposit will be
refunded after a satisfactory report from the Management
Company, who undertake a detailed inventory of the
property before and after your stay.
- For the comfort and
consideration of present and future guests, the villa is a
non-smoking home. However, smoking is permitted on the
lanai patio area and we would ask that you use the
ashtrays provided. The cost of any damages caused by
cigarettes will, unfortunately, be passed back to the
guest.
- We strongly recommend
that all guests have adequate travel insurance.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION, PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS FULLY
1.
BOOKINGS
An initial reservation can be
made by telephone or e-mail and will be held for 7 days.
Completion and return of the booking form and full deposit
will secure the booking. By signing the Booking Form, the
party leader, who must be 18 years old or over, confirms, on
behalf of all members of the party, acceptance of the Terms
and Conditions. The accommodation is booked solely for the
use of the guests named on the booking form. Due to State
fire regulations in Florida, the maximum occupancy as
advised by us must not be exceeded.
2.
DEPOSIT/SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of £200 ($350) is
required with the completed Booking Form. This deposit is
non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, but will be
deducted from the full rental amount due.
The security deposit is £200
($350) per booking (which is refundable) and is due 8 weeks
prior to arrival date, together with the outstanding
balance. This security deposit will be refunded after a
satisfactory report from the Management Company, who
undertake a detailed inventory of the property before and
after your stay. The owners reserve the right to retain the
Security Deposit, either in part or in full, to cover
breakages, damage etc. In the unlikely event that the
Security Deposit is retained receipts for
repairs/replacements will be provided. In the event of any
damage that is caused by yourselves in excess of £200
($350), we will look to you for full reimbursement of the
outstanding amount within 14 days of your return.
3. OTHER
CHARGES
Pool heat, if required, is an

4. BALANCE
OF PAYMENT
The balance of the cost
should be received no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival
date. When a booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival
date, payment in full must accompany the booking form. The
owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is
not received by the due date.
5. CHANGES
TO BOOKINGS
Wherever possible changes to
bookings will be accommodated, although there will be an
administration charge of £20 per change. Any requests for
changes must be made in writing.
6. CHECK
IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time is 4.00pm and
check out time is 10.00am (Unless earlier or later times
have been pre-agreed).
Failure to vacate the villa
by 10.00am on the departure date may result in an additional
one-night charge and management is authorised to remove
guests' property from the villa.
7.
CONFIRMATION
A letter of confirmation will
be issued by email when your booking deposit payment is
received. When full payment is made, security access
information will be issued by email.
8. PETS
Pets are NOT allowed in the
villa. If you do travel with your pet, there are excellent
boarding kennels in the area.
9. SMOKING
Our villa is strictly
No-smoking, although we do allow smoking outside, and within
the pool screen area.
10. FORCE
MAJEURE
No liability can be accepted
for events, which are 'force majeure'. These include, but
are not limited to war, threat of war, riots, civil
commotion, terrorist activities, industrial disputes,
technical difficulties with transportation, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other
events outside our control.
11.
SWIMMING POOL
The Swimming pool area is
used entirely at ‘The Clients’ own risk. No diving is
allowed, and children must be supervised at all times whilst
in the pool area. No Glassware is permitted in the pool
area, please utilise the plastic items provided.
12. IN
CASE OF COMPLAINT
While it is unlikely that you
should have a complaint about our holiday home, occasionally
things do go wrong. If you have a problem during your stay,
you MUST inform our ‘Management Company’ immediately and
they will endeavour to rectify the matter. We will not
accept liability for any dissatisfaction or other complaint
not reported to our ‘Management Company’ during your stay.
Should the management company be unable to resolve the
matter in resort, details of the complaint must be notified
to us in writing within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
Any claims received outside this period cannot be considered
as if you do not tell us about your complaint promptly, it
may prove difficult to investigate it thoroughly.
13.
INSURANCE
It is vital that you have
adequate comprehensive insurance cover for you and all
members of your party. Check that any policies you are
considering do in fact cover you for rented accommodation
booked independently of travel arrangements.
